I am a graduate student at the Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute at University of California Berkeley and a research associate at the California Pacific Medical Center Research Institute. My professional interests bridge neuroscience and psychopharmacology, and include mechanisms of hallucinations, toxicity of drugs of abuse, pharmacokinetics and dynamics of phenethylamines, and neural correlates of consciousness. Among other things, I am currently studying Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder (HPPD).

If I weren't so busy being a scientist, I would be spinning some National Eye tunes, hanging out with my family (especially my radiant nephew and nieces), seeing some modern dance, collaborating on art projects, or continuing my quest to find the perfect font for my manuscripts.
